What Tier Two Is

Tier Two is for you if you want more than a simple, surface-level journal.
This level gives me enough context to build a deeper, more layered reflection workbook that speaks to your story, your patterns, and the season of life you’re in — without needing a full book-length download.

How It Works

You’ll answer a set of guided questions about your experiences, themes, and goals. I use your responses to write a personalized reflection workbook just for you — including gentle prompts, processing pages, and grounding moments that fit your voice and your pace.

Processing Time + Single-Operator Note

Because each workbook is written by one person (me) and never automated, please expect 5–7 business days from the time I receive your completed questionnaire.
If I’m experiencing a higher volume of orders, I’ll communicate any delays — but I will always prioritize quality, care, and your emotional safety over rushing.

“Who Tier Two Is For”

Tier Two is a good fit if:

  • You have specific situations or patterns you’d like to explore (family, work, burnout, identity, grief, etc.).

  • You want more than basic prompts, but you’re not quite ready for a full deep-dive or book-length project.

  • You like the idea of a workbook that feels like a conversation with a friend — honest, validating, and gently challenging where needed.

  • You’re ready to reflect, not re-live every detail, and you want space to grow, not just re-open old wounds.

“Before You Fill This Out”

  • Time Estimate: This form may take around 20–30 minutes, depending on how much you’d like to share.

  • Emotional Safety: Some questions may touch on tender places. Take breaks if needed. There is no rush.

  • Share at Your Pace: You only need to share what you’re comfortable with. The more context you give, the more tailored your workbook will be — but you are always in control of your story.

  • Not Therapy Notice: These workbooks are for reflection and personal growth. They are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or crisis support. I am not a licensed therapist, and I encourage you to reach out to a licensed professional if you need clinical or urgent support.
