Why the Music Exists
For years, I learned the rules no one put in writing.
Stay Quiet. Be Grateful. Don't ask to much. Confuse loyalty with fear.
Call Burnout "professionalism."
These songs came out of that space- not as revenge, not as motivation, but as a Witness.
They are for the people who stayed too long.
For the ones who spoke up and paid for it.
For the ones who are still standing in places that feel wrong, trying to survive with dignity intact.
This isn't background music.
Its a mirror.
This work supports burnout recovery, boundary setting, and emotional processing through music, writing, and guided reflection.

Music isn’t background here — it’s the first language of the work.
Before we name what’s hard.
Before we write it down.
Sometimes we feel it first.
This page is where that feeling has a voice.
Listen first. Reflect after.
Music lives here — not as a playlist, but as a space to arrive.

This is a music-forward page.
You won’t find:
autoplay
noise
clutter
You will find:
intention
space
sound that meets what your body knows
before your mind speaks
These tracks were created to:
make visible what burnout feels like
give shape to unseen pressures
resonate with unlabeled aches
invite feeling before explanation
